The tea bushes grow high above sea level, at a slower rate, where the temperature is relatively low, developing greater flavour before they are individually hand picked.

This single-origin high quality Ceylon tea retains its natural flavours better than others whilst undergoing the natural CO2 decaffeination process. As a result, no harsh chemicals are used and none of the delicious taste is lost.
